The neighbor quickly contacted the city police and they arrived and set up a perimeter around 620 South 7th Street around 11:05 a.m., according to a release LCPD issued later that day.
While the police were on scene investigating, "officers observed a bag being thrown out of one of the windows. Seconds later a male subject then jumped out the same window," the police state in the release.
Trenton Naugle was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest, according to the release.
He was arraigned before District Magistrate Ditzler, his bail was set at $20,000, and he has been held at the Lebanon County Correctional facility.
